Sep 13, 2006 (swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with foamy white medium head. Slightly sweet and light malty nose with grassy hops and peppery spice. Light-sweet flavour, light body, soft carbonation. Quite bland and thin papery malty and slightly grassy hoppy taste. Short, light-bitter finish.

Nov 21, 2004 omhper in Montreal #1 (with MartinT,tiggmtl,Rastacouere,DYCSoccer). Light blonde, reasonably fresh, hay and grass and a bit of sharpness to the nose...very heavy carbonation, light, rather dry, straw and paper...nice ending hops. Nothing stellar, but thanks Stephen for this rarity!

Nov 23, 2004 Initially sweet aroma with some floral hops but slowly creeping pea-soup-like DMS as it warms. Clear golden coloured with thin, white head that diminishes to lighltly ring. Mild DMS in sweet flavour with gentle bitterness. Light in the mouth. Bottle sampled with DYCSoccer17, MartinT, muzzlehatch, Omhper and Rastacouere.
