| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 27, 2004 Bottle. Large sized white head that was creamy and smooth with fine-small sized bubbles that quickly dissipated. Carbonated, semi-transparent and a pale yellow hue. Malty sweet aroma and a malty flavor. Smooth palate and this was a light-medium bodied beer with sparse lacing. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | May 25, 2004 This bottled flippy top caged brew open with a "pffft" and poured a medium sized head that was frothy and formed a finely sized head of mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind poor lacing. The body was a hazy nearly uncarbonated weak yellow orange color. The aroma was malty musty and mild. The mouth feel was smooth with a mild tingle that was barely there and smooth in the finish. The flavor was pilsnerish and mildly fruity in the finish. Ungstrup (15259), Frederiksberg, Denmark

A hazy yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is of honey, lemon, and malt. The flavor is of honey, malt, hay, and grass with a sligthtly bitter end. bluevegie (2204), Perth, Australia
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 24, 2004 Can't be sure I have rated the right beer here as some of the other ratings seem to be all over the place. Anyhow I didn't think very much of it. Too malty, sweet, flat and not much else. Braudog (3767), Dayton, Ohio, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Feb 2, 2004 Nothing to get excited about when it pours; Pale golden, some cloudiness, no head.
Smells like stereotypical "beer" with a extra kick.
Nothing in the taste to make me dance the happy dance, that's for damn sure. But it's not bad... Has a bit of a pepper flavor.
Very watery aftertaste, which I suppose is good considering I've had some beers with an awful aftertaste.
Drinkable, but why bother? mullet (798), Melbourne, Australia
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 22, 2004 Updated: Sep 22, 2006Not quite hoppy enough to be a Pils, though probably just too hoppy and not malty enough to be a Helles. Anyway it was still nice - honeyish malt aroma, herbal hoppiness and very clean. Pretty standard German offering but that’s still better than most. Slight haze which is really unforgivable in such a beer.
