Mar 24, 2009 A little hazy red/brown colored beer, with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma of caramel with dark fruits and some yeast. The taste of a little chocolate with fruits, like prunes and raisins. Sparkling, some bitter with sweets. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

Mar 21, 2009 Bottle, 9%. Sweet malty and citric aroma. Cloudy brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is OK citric with a good maltiness on top. Hint of roasted malt and yeast in the finish. But well balanced by a good, mild citric note.

Mar 20, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden deep amber with a with a small off-white head. Mild fruity and light yeasty aroma with a smooth roasted malt note. Mild spiced and slight citric flavoured. Smooth roasted malt base. Lingering fruity and spiced finish.

Hazy, brown body. Lightly brown, creamy head. Aroma of grapes, malts (caramel and a bit burnt) and orange. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Bitterness increases in the finish. Very carbonated. I was expecting a standard beer, but that turned out to be false: somewhat different (in a good way). Very nice.

Mar 14, 2009 Draught @ Zythos march 7th 2009. Lots of carbon, hints of fruits and liquorice. A rather one dimensional taste. It tastes straightout flat with a slightly acidic aftertaste. A rather pointless beer, unworthy of Alvinne.

Pours amber with a slight hazy. A small, creamy, beige film head on top. Aroma is lightly tart, caramel, toffee and plums. Good yeast. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is surprisingly sweet compared to the aroma. Lots of caramel, just a slight tart note of plums and wood. Rather dry finish. Very nice.
