Apr 17, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a collapsing white head. Dry yeasty and light fruity aroma. Dry estery and phenol yeasty flavour. Light spiced and yeasty notes following before the finish. Ends dry spiced and almost woody.

Apr 16, 2008 The pour reveals a cloudy amber color with a very thick, frothy, white head. Very nice aroma of saaz hops and peppery yeast. The flavor is very good, saaz hops. strong dryness and peppery yeast mingle nicely. The body is medium and the carbonation is lively. Yet another solid product brewed at Alvinne.

Mar 25, 2008 Draught @ Erasmus, Brugge, Belgium. Unclear medium yellow - amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy and yeasty, banana, toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280208)

Dark gold - amber clor, nice white head. Yeast aroma, bit spices.
Flavour complex but good in balance. Great hops, and nice bitterness.
