| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 12, 2009 In short: A different fruity astringent and refreshing Belgian blonde ale. Tasty and very tart.
How: Bottle 330ml, consumed fresh (1.5 years before best-before date)
The look: Cloudy yellow-blonde body topped by a medium white head
In long: Nose is tangy with fresh grass and lemony meringue. Taste is very fruity, tart and acidic. A lot of pineapples and lemon and then some grapefruits, green apples, white grapes and lime. Some garden flower petals. A little mineral water sensation. Very lively tickling carbonation. Very nice fizzy and fluffy mouthfeel. Finish is grassy, dry and quite tart with very little bitterness. Medium acidity level. Like a fantastic intense witbier minus the spices. Original and very tasty. Another kick-ass brew from this nice pico-brewery. I wish they had a wider selection but they are too small so that only brew at most one beer every month. That’s two six-packs a year.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 29, 2008 Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde ale with large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral Belgian malt with some spicy yeast notes also discernable. Taste is a refreshing mix between some floral malt with some light sweet notes and a peppery and spicy yeast finish. Full body with good carbonation and no alcohol could be detected. Refreshing and well done for the style even though finish could have been hoppier.
