Jun 15, 2009 Bottle. Pours cloudy golden orange, fluffy off white head. Aroma is musty, tangy, salty. Flavor is funky and bleu cheesy, dried fruit, and salty with a bit of vinegar element. The label led me to believe this was an IPA but this is definitely NOT an IPA by British or American standards, at least as far as taste goes. Not a bad beer, but not what I expected.

Jun 14, 2009 Hazy blond coloured beer with small white head and floks of yeast visible. Yeasty herby aroma mixed with some cooked vegetables. Full sparkling palate. Finish is herby bitter ending a little dry.

Jun 9, 2009 Bottled. Aroma has a lot of citric yeast and hops. Hazy/cloudy, yellow coloured beer with a big white head. The taste is slightly bitter, has little sweetness, some carbonation, flowers and citrus mainly. Nice beer, belgian style IPA.

Jun 1, 2009 TAP: semi-cloudy blonde pour, belgian nose, fruit. Taste is spice, hop, yeast, cinnamon. Really good beer.

Appearance: big gusher with half the beer soaking into my pants, opaque orange, big off white head settles down in the time it takes to change pants
Aroma: sweet and fruity aroma with lots of spicy and floral hops, touch of orange citrus
Flavor: lots of hop flavor enhanced by spicy phenolics, balancing malty sweetness along with light fruity esters, lots of floral character, long bitter finish

May 23, 2009 Draft - Max’s Belgian Beer Fest. Hazy gold, white fizzy head. Soft citrus and candied spruce aromas ride a warm bready undertone. Dry bitter white grapefruit zest and black pepper flavors from start to finish. Lightly candied yeast flavors round this out well. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. May 22, 2009 Pours hazy orange gold into a tulip. Bright white head recedes leaving thin lacing. Dusty apple skin and pear aromas. Thick with caramel and dried fruit cocktail. Lasting euro hop finish. Nice.

May 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a nice white head. Aroma is malty, yeasty, hoppy slight grassiness. Flavor is caramel, malty, hoppy, some spice and pepper with a nice bitter finish. Very nice beer, I enjoyed this one very much. Need more!
