Bottled. A golden beer with sediment floating around under a huge fluffy beige head - over carbonated. The aroma is sweet and rather spicy combined with notes of hops and grass - very Belgian. The flavor is sweet and very malty combined with strong spicy notes - especiially elderberry flowers as well as notes of yeast and hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks BelJohansen.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with a huge amount of not so pleasant floaties. An extremely lively, rough, white head. Very perfumy, fruity aroma. Medium body with sweet fruit notes, yeast and then unfortunately the typical crude Alvinne bitterness in the finish. 040408

From bottle at Alvinne. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a dense white head. Light caramel malt, solid spiced aroma. Flavour starts spiced. Shows a mild caramel base. And regains a solid spiced flavour towards the finish. Goes into a light fruity banana lingering finish and a mild spiced note.
