Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Very spicy aroma - ginger? Medium body, a little low in carbonation, quite spicy with discreet notes of wood. The finish is dry with a discreet bitterness. 140509

33 cL bottle. Who ever thought ginger in beer is a good thing? Pours clear and golden orange with a fully gone head. Ginger and cardemomme aroma. Citric and ginger dense flavoured. Mild bitter and slight acidic flavoured. Spiced and malty flavoured into the finish. I cannot pinpoint anything wrong with this - apart from ginger :)

Bottled at PBF. Hazy ruby, brief head. Almonds hidden in tart lingonberry and oak. Sweet and rounded, near full bodied with some caramel and underlying spritzy carbonation. Quite spicy, a bit hard to point them out, rather tham what really is there I get more juniper and lingonberry. Very interesting. If there is something to improve I would like to see it even softer and with a longer lasting flavour.

Bottle. Vinous aroma. Cloudy brown colour, hint of red. The flavour is quite fruity with a good grapelike tannin note to balance. Very refreshing and quite drinkable. A little baking yeast in the finish.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is spruce, fruits, wood and some spices. Flavour is much the same, but at the same time very complex with wood, spices and spruce. Semisourish notes as well.
