Bottled. Aroma has some spice, caramel malts and red fruits. Clear, brown coloured beer with a lasting, off-white head. The taste is slightly sour, sweet. There is swome bitterness. Quite fruity in taste. Medium bodied. Dry in the finish.

Bottle - 330ml. Pours a cola brown body with average carbonation and a thin brown bubbly/foamy head. Nice, complex malty/hoppy aroma with cinnamon, yeasty, and brown sugar hints. Alcohol is very well hidden. Robust malty/hoppy taste with spicy, caramel, and oaky notes. Ends with a long, sharp, bittersweet finish. Perfect on a cold, rainy afternoon.

Thanks to fata! Pours a brown color with a light tan head. Aroma is a bit tart with some yeast, light hops and certainly some spices. Flavor has light tartness to go along with the yeasty, spices and caramel. Interesting beer.

Bottle. Peculiar aroma of wood, yeast, malt and citrus. Dark brown colour with huge ligth brown head. Be careful with unbottening. It is almost explosive. Slighly sweet and fruity flavour with a distinct dry woody finish. Rich carbonation.

Deep chestnut body with the most beautiful huge whipped cream like light brown head; Very special quite nice nose spicy fresh ginger and a fat syrup sweetness goes very well together; Huge carbonation on a body that is a little to thin and a has a strange harshness; Strangely harsh in medium long finish not huge but to concentrated aromas that makes the spices seems a little unpleasant.

Bottle from Alvinne. Pours very dark amber with a frothy beige/tan head. Aroma is suggestive of gingerbread. Medium body with frothy carbonation. It is bready and spicey. A bit astringent. I’m not saying I taste ginger per se, but it is seemingly gingerbread. Besides that it tastes of ripeish pale stone fruits. Finishes dryish, reasonably bitter, and subtly woody. Stuff even laces intrigingly.
