Hazy orange-gold, huge fluffy white head, absolutely tons of dark floaties. Lightly fruit-sweet aroma redolent with floral pungent dry hop bitterness, somewhat faded. The taste is muted, but lovely - floral and grassy, hardly any alcohol - a real overripe fruit tangy sweetness in the background. Light body, decent carbonation, a nice light grassy finish, the sweet malt fades quickly. I would love to try this ultrafresh - pretty solid even so. thedm (3837), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 12, 2009 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a semi-opaque softly carbonated dark orange colored body with a lot of floaties and a fair lacing. The aroma was hoppy floral and malty. The mouth feel was semi-vinous strongly tingly at the start and mediumly vinous tingly at the finish. The good flavor contained notes of malt hops and mild candy. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again. Slayer85 (594), Firenze, Italy
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Sep 11, 2009 Boottle. An unclear deep golden beer with a huge, rocky, creamy, almost fully lasting white head. The aroma is nice, yeasty and with a good hoppiness. There are notes of grass, flowers, earth, apricot, spices and a hint of alcohol. The flavour is moderately sweet, almost moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long finish with medium to high bitterness, lightly to moderately alcoholic. A very nice beer, great appearence, nice clean bitterness. oh6gdx (9126), Vasa, Finland
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 4, 2009 Bottled (from Belgian Shop). Hazy deep amber colour with a small fluffy white head. Some lace. Aroma is rather sweet malts along with some slight alcohol as well as spices and herbs. Flavour is being quite much the same, along with some slight spicyness. A bit grassyness in the finish. Zesty and alcoholic in the finish. Still in a nice balance. f351c4v (411), Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 12, 2009 Bottle from Wells. Pours a cloudy, deep copper color with a fluffy white head. Very interesting aroma; starts with sweet honey and malt, turns peppery, a bit herbal, but then becomes a bit plastic (?). Silky body reveals a citric, grapefruit-themed hoppy surprise, backed by a heavy dose of sweet malt. Nice bitter finish, not sharp and biting like an American IPA, but smooth and tangy like a British IPA/Bitter. Eccentric, for sure; if you like mixing your styles, by all means, try this one. satan165 (617), River Grove, Illinois, USA

Lovely malty/hoppy aroma with fruity, coriander and honeyish hints. Its sharp and strong hoppy taste carries herbal and grainy notes. Ends with a robust bitter/sour finish. Not for lagerboys.
