Jan 16, 2007 Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a huge light orange head - like whipped cream. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and yeast. The flavor is sweet spicy combined with notes of caramel, and malt with a light alcohol burn on the tongue, leading to a dry spicy end.

Jan 17, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a gigantic and vey lively, off-white head - sort of shaving foam like. Very spicy aroma with some yeast. Full body with fruity accents, loads of diacetyl and a chemical unpleasant and very distinct bitterness. I’m not really fond of this. 150107

Dec 17, 2007 From tap, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours slight hazy orange with a huge off-white head. Caramel malt and hoppy aroma. Flavour is sweet and quite hoppy. Solid bitterness in the finish. Lovely

Appearance: hazy orange, big creamy off white head, lots of drippy lace,
Aroma: sweet malt aroma with lots of balancing spicyness and a light peppery character,
Flavor: dry malt flavor, lots of floral hops, hop flavor blends into a spicyness that’s a combination of hops and Belgian yeast phenolics, nice fruity esters climb out from under the spicyness and add a touch of sweetness to complement and balance the otherwise dry character, nice long bitter finish,
