Loz described it as the colour of apricot and that was better than my description I reckon. There was a white fluffy and clingy head to finish matters off. Yeasty, sour, some sour banana, some spice, touch of warmth from alcohol, bottom looks like the watery muddy run off from yer’ wellies. Nice beer. Pours hazy golden with a fine, medium, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet and wheaty with some slight lemon. A bit of maize as well. Medium carbonation, small bubbles, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is a touch brett-y. Good sweet wheat, some yeast, light coriander, some lemons. This is actually quite nice, very drinkable.
