Bottle@Home. Aroma of grass and hop pallets. Pale yellow colour, huge white head, lots of bubbles, good lace. Sweetish, bitter, grassy, hoppy. Sparkling and light dry in the finish. Pleasant but nothing special.

330ml bottle bought at GBBF 08 (BSF) and consumed back home in Tromsų while reading the latest edition of Beers of the World. When settled in the glass. the beer reveals a slightly hazy, golden body under a frothy, white head. Fragile lacing on the glass. Very cloudy second pour. Modestly aroma of bitter and sweet fruits. Well balanced fruity taste containing peaches and lemon, ending with a touch of yeasty tartness. Soft carbonated and dry texture (11.10.2008).

Bottled - St Albans BF. A hazy straw yellow coloured beer with a nice white head and lacing. The aroma is spicy, peppery and hoppy in the Belgian way. Too much lemon in the mouth with excess yeastiness and a bit of funk. A bit of a mish-mash.

(Bottled) Hazy golden with a small head. Spicy aroma with notes of apricot fruitiness and honey. Yeasty flavor with glue-solventy notes, orange and grapefruit. Smoother with yeast, but still solventy, with notes lf alcohol in the finish. Medium body, quite carbonated but smooth. Unclean, and not very pleasant. A disappointment from this (at its best) great brewery.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Tangerine and a hint of flowers in the aroma. Yeasty flavor with grapefruit, lemon and just a hint of perfumed floweriness. Potentially a nice fruity ale with some distracting by-flavors.

Bottle at the Twickenham tasting. Aroma is lemon, buttery malts, yeasty sweetness. Taste is similar, theres some peppery corriander coming through. Alright stuff.
