Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen/MiP/yespr. Clear golden with a dense off-white head. Sweetish aroma of fruit and a little wood. Sweetish fruity, lightly fusty notes with a woody touch. Vague tartness with a light bitterness in the finish. 200309

33 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a small white head. Dry malty and slight wooden to a minor metallic note in the aroma. Solid alcohol presence and mild spiced to dry flavoured. Bitter and yet fruity too. Medium dry into the far finish. Does display and nice fruity flavour and multiple layers of calvados flavours.

Bottle, 11.5%. Quite citric and vinous aroma, a bit like white wine. Hazy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite vinous and grapey. Some citrus. OK refreshing. Vanilla aftertaste.

Bottled@Fonefan. Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is very sweet fruity, some alcohol as well as some yeasty notes. Flavour is fruity, a bit alcoholic and wooden notes. A really pleasant thing. Wellbalanced. Once it warms up the wooden and a bit stinging alcoholic notes gets strong. Still the alcohol suits the beer very well. Excellent!

Bottle at the Alvinne pre Zythos event 09. Bit of apple on aroma, way too much apple in the mouth. Just a bit too muh stewed apple and green apple flavour for me. May settle down after a few months in bottle.

A Mes rate. Bottle from Alvinne but drunk with our Weasel over at his.
A murky orange blonde colour with a thin white head. Lovely aroma. Calvados a plenty with some good barrelly notes, slight spice and cinnamon plus an awesome sugary hit too. Excellent! The flavour follows on in an equally rich form. Big boozy hits work unusually well. Glorious sweet and sour finish. Bloody lovely.
