Hazy pale golden, airy head. Almondy and caramelly. Surprisingly slim for a beer this size with notes of grass and pear. Fruity with notes of canteloupe. Late resiny bitterness. An extremely drinkable 11% beer! Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 17, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a very unclear, dark amber with a lively, off-white head leaving laces. Sweetish aroma of caramel, fruit and some yeast. Quite full-bodied with lots of fruit and diacetyl.
