Cookie malt lies as a foundation where red berries clings to coffee and salt on top of it. Significant late herbal bitterness. Wineous and fruity aroma, very pleasant and inviting. Mild sourness shining through. Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Sweet and distinct fruity initial flavour. Light brett touch following. Good blend between the bourgogne wine fruity notes and the podge beers notes of malt, chocolate and yeast. Mild fruity flavoured into the finish.
