Amber coloured beer with lots of carbonation and a large white head. Special fruity hoppy aroma with a full sprankling bitter palate. Finish is extreme bitter, with a more pleasant hoppy and light fruity (some citrus?). Dry bitter ending. Very good.

Bottle at Alvinne. This is an apricot colored beer that poured with a short off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a very sour dry grassy flavor that is propelled by significant carbonation and a heavy load of bittering hops. This is an interestng collaboration that is difficult to classify, but a pleasure to drink.

Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy, dark red amber with a huge off-white head. Lovely apple and citrus hop aroma, blended with grass and yeast. Flavours are very bitter indeed, lots of apples. The complexity of the aromas are somewhat lost in the mouth, though. Still, a great Belgian IPA (if there is such as thing).
