Bottle from Koelschtrinker. Pours clear and sparkling amber with a huge, rocky, off-white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, lightly toasted grain, straw), heavy hops (flowers, perfume, pine, citrus), average yeast (sweat) with notes of soured pear and apple. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness. Has a cask feel to it. Many thanks to Roman for sending this from Germany.

Bottle. [thank you, harrisoni]
Pours dark amber with a fine, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has strawberries, pineapple and some chewy caramel malts. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is hoppy, dry, some yeasty fruitiness. Grapefruit, pineapple, bready and caramel malts. Light peppery in the finish. Very nice and quite drinkable.

Bottle. Amber color. Pineapple, oily flowery hops and a touch of yeast in the aroma. Initial malty sweetness overpowered by a peppery, yeasty hopbitterness. Hints of hopoil, nutmeg, red berries. Long peppery hopbitter aftertaste. Good enough, but the balance could be better.

Served from a bottle at toncatchers T3 tasting! Thanks to stefanje, lagunitasfan, weeheavysd, fordest, wetherel, alohac and of course toncatcher for suppling the house and grub. I liked this one. Some sweetness, malty, and decent hops.

Bottle from CapedBrewsader, I still don’t know if Phil is a Marvel Hero or a DC one, I want to know if its the basic superman thing or something more complex, I hope for the complex but understad the trite. Pours ornage with a tan ring. Nose is sweet and hoppy, and I don’t know if the style is accurate but I don’t know what it will take to make it something clearer. Taste is sweet and hoppy, with pine and niceness.
