Bottle pre-zbf Alvinne & at PZT. A wonderful amber beer with medium head. Aroma very hoppy. Amazin Flavour -full ripe sweet peaches, tangerine and grapefruit finish packed with big bold hops which complement this beer perfectly. The bitter finish is pleasant and not too dry. Well done guys - hope we will see more beers from you in the future.

Bottled 33cl. ABV 7.8. Courtesy of derDoppelbock and Bov. Appearance: It pours a hazy amber beer with a creamy, nicely remaining average sized light beige head. Good lacework. Aroma: Very pronounced hop resin, quinces, apricot, peach, grapefruit, pine needles and red berries showing up. Faintly yeasty. There are some lactic components aswell which are accompanied a whiff of caramel, pineapple, licorice root, clotted cream and pine needles. Extremely fresh and inviting. Flavor and palate: Medium bodied. Wonderful hop profile balanced by a flawless malty background. More sweetness than expected whilst nosing. Perfectly balanced. Good but not overwhelming bitterness- very pleasant and really smooth. Some licorice apparent on the swallow. Peppery. Reminiscence of nutmeg and blackberry. The finish is dry and offers a lingering and slightly numbing sensation of sage, tobacco, licorice and hop resin. Overall impression: Sublime! Perfect balance. Deeply pleasant. Thanks a lot derDoppelbock!

Bottle at alvinne, the struise farm and at home many thanks to Urban and the brewers for taking simpathy in me dropping my bottle. Alround rating: Excellent clean peachy character, fresh bittering hop like actually green wet hop freshness, citrus, bit of pine resin, all sorts of other fruityness going on.

Very big thanks to HogTownHarry for sharing this with me. Appearance: Beautiful orange, yeast clouds sitting still like jelly. Nice off white head. Aroma: Could smell it from an arms length! Jellybeans, pine, hops, strawberries, marijuana, quite sweet, smells great. Flavour: Woah, pine, dust, pineapple, apples, sour, peppery and a lovely long, sharp finish. Nice.

Slightly cloudy amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma has citrus and grassy hops, with a distinct brett note. Dry malt and hops flavour with brett and citrus notes.

Bottled (thanks fonefan). Hazy deep amber colour, huge white head. Aroma is fruits, wood and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is sour fruits, wood and some caramel as well as very sweet malts and some mild berryish notes in the finish. Rather fresh and thick flavours that ends like in a wall. Technically no aftertaste, which kind of sucks. Excellent while it lasts though.
