Vintage 2003. It’s a warm amber color and the head is dense and creamy. The aroma has notes of malt, candy sugar, citrus, yeast and sourness. The flavour has a rather strong sweetness, a citrussy bitterness, notes of yeast, sourness and IMO it’s out of balance.

Bottled. Hazy orange color, thick head. Aroma of a spicy triple, orange, some yeast, sour apple. Soft bitter taste, spicy, quite sweet, green apple. Sticky palate.

Twickenham Brewery tasting 08. Syrupy tripel. Some peachy fruit. Bit sweet, bit sickly.

A Mes rate: Bottle at the Tom’s awesome Twickenham Brewery tasting.
Semi hazy orange brown with a thin off white head. A straight forward spicy tripel with notes of orange and a little caramel. Slight alcohol showing. Peachy, well spiced finish. Not bad.
