Commercial Description:
Unfiltered beer containing aromatic wheat which confers its fruity and acidulous taste. It is a beer which undergoes two successive high fermentations. The use of wheat gives to the product an excellent foam behaviour as well as a pale and opalescent color.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy pale yellow with an thick white head. Aroma was sweet with wheat and light fruit notes. There was a slight undertone of tartness. Flavor was one note with sweet wheat, maybe a bit of light fruits.

Poured with a nice medium sized white, foamy, frothy head and a little lace. Color is a very faded, hazy pale yellow - lemonadish. Aroma is a nice rose floral quality with some apice and some malt. Flavor is huge lemon. Body is good and so is carbonation. Finish is dominated by the lemon. Could be a session beer.

Appearance: A pale and cloudy light straw color with a thick white head. Smell: Very light. Lemon drops coriander and orange peel on the nose mostly. Taste: Now I know why this was on clearance. A very weak lemon flavor with a little bit of wheat and coriander. Not very good. Mouthfeel/drinkability: Very light body with medium carbonation. Not very impressed with this one.

Hazy light yellow with a marshmellow white soft head. Aroma is interesting lemongrass, fruity. Taste is more lemony, lemongrass spiciness, smooth wheat. Different, interesting.

750 ml bottle, shared by Lubiere (merci!), served almost cold in a tulip glass. BB SEPT 28/07. SE01/09.

App.: Hazy light golden with a decent white foam. Aroma: Some nice herbal notes and citrus, some perfumy and floral notes, lightly spicy. Palate: Medium body, light effervescence. Flav.: Spicy coriander, lemons, some light green herbals, some light malt, a bit of orange; dry with no bitterness and a nice lemon and malt finish.

Quite tasty. Would be interesting to try this fresh, because I quite enjoyed this old bottle. Unfortunately, I now have that stupid Falco song stuck in my head.

This corked and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy yellow-white colored body. The weak aroma was floral and spicy. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of mild hops coriander and floral. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again.

Tasted in Colorado...Keystone....11Kft. Appearance was classic white, big head, some citrus scent and cloudy complexion. But flavour, texture and finish was weak - watery, seemed like an impostor to the style. Too bad.
