Commercial Description:
Unfiltered beer containing aromatic wheat which confers its fruity and acidulous taste. It is a beer which undergoes two successive high fermentations. The use of wheat gives to the product an excellent foam behaviour as well as a pale and opalescent color.

750ml bottle from bevmo. Pours a light hazy straw yellow with a small white head. Nose of coriander, lemon peel and yeast. Flavor had a light lemon zest with a kind of wheaty finish, ok.

Pours a very hazy bright yellow color with a modest, foamy, white head. Aroma is very strong of lemon grass, light pils aroma, some acidic and light sour notes, some odd spice and a citrus and hay note at the ending. Flavor has a very dirty hay note at the start, moves into a light lemon grass middle and finishes with a wheat note. Brew is smooth and feels a bit full. Overall the flavor just doesn’t do it for me with too much of a dirty/soiled hay flavor just seems to ruin it for me.

Bottle, c&c, from BevMo, Arden, in Sacramento. Pours a hazy, dirty gold with a large, but temporary, white head. Strong citrus aroma. Near medium body with mild, frothy carbonation. Flavor is citrus, but not all that tart, with a lot of a particular spice, maybe coriander. There is an impression of lemon soft drink. I’m not sure this is a common representation of the style, but on a hot day it’s going down a treat. Finish is more astringent than sweet.

Clear yellow pour with a billowing white head. Aroma is strong lemon and citrus. Flavor is the same, a whole lot of lemon. Pretty one dimensional but it’s very light and refreshing.

750 ml bottle purchased at Gomer’s north in Parkville, Missouri. This was on sale for around $4, figured I would give it a go. Pour is cloudy white yellow and a bit greesnish. Fizzy white head falls pretty fast. Aroma of lemon citrus peels, some yeasty spiciness and wheat malt grain. Taste is the lemon, quite spritzy, wheat malt, and some mild spice yeastiness. The finish gets a bit muddled and earthy / dirty. Palate is light, highly carbonated, and really easy to drink. This was a nice beer to drink with burgers on the grill. Overall, a straightforward wit that was highly drinkable.

750ml from Trinity Liquors in Spring Hill, FL. Pours a cloudy yellow, medium white head. Aroma is strong lemon...a hint of yeast. Flavor is tons of lemon and other citrus...yeast...Kind of refreshing, but the mouthfeel sucks..This beer is really weird. Its like lemonade mixed with beer...reminds me alot of Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy. Refreshing and interesting...but thats about all its got going for it.

Bottle from Wholefoods. Cloudy bright yellow with fizzy white head. Sharp orange and pineapple juice aroma and taste with a dry finish. Not bad, not great.
