Commercial Description:
Unfiltered beer containing aromatic wheat which confers its fruity and acidulous taste. It is a beer which undergoes two successive high fermentations. The use of wheat gives to the product an excellent foam behaviour as well as a pale and opalescent color.

Best By: 11.28.09. Appearance: Pours a hazy, pale yellow body with fine effervescence throughout and a smallish, white head. Smell: A toss of confectioners’ sugar over a waft lightly tangy malted wheat with a scent of spice and lemon zest, the latter of which grows more fragrant upon warming. Taste: Upfront taste of washed out lemon juice with a mild sweetness. Fairly restrained wheat character overall. Light coriander spice. Slight, soft floral hints paired with a medium-low bitterness. Lightly sour yeast component. Drying, lemony finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Moderate carbonation. Drinkability: Though light in flavor overall, I still found it to be an enjoyable, highly drinkable, and rather refreshing wit.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white head. Light aroma of lemon, citrus, wheat, and yeast. Flavor is thin with not as much carbonation as most whites. Some spices come out on the flavor along with the citrus, lemon, and yeast.

750ml bottle from Binny’s Beverage Depot in Plainfield, IL. This has a cloudy pale yellow body and a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is light, fresh lemons and candy oranges. Thin and soft in the mouth. It doesn’t seem like an alcoholic beverage, kind of like a carbonated lemon-ade with a mild citrus skin bitterness. I’d probably like this better six months from now.

Bottle, 750 ml. Cloudy pale with thick head. Fresh aromas, notes of citrus perhaps. A bit thin palate, but very refreshing. Quite sour... in my opinion, not enoough flavours from the yeast but all in all, a very nice white.

I swear this smells like froot loops. Ah, once settled the lemon and orange citrus take the stage as fresh, not artificial. Hazy milky yellow gold. Minimal head. There is a shortbread layer in here and the light creamy body put together remind me of a lemon meringue pie.

Woo, $11 750mL for $4! Very duty nose with super-heavy citrus – mostly powdery, dusty lemon drop. Pours a hazy, very light yellow (think watered-down lemonade from mix) with a brilliant white head. Watery, thin body with sickly candy lemon and just a little bit of carbonation, but there really are no signs of malt or hops, or even coriander , if we’re going to get down to style points. A kind of children’s soft drink, totally inoffensive. Low enough alcohol to be considered a shandy substitute.

Hazy yellow color. Has scents of citrus, lemon peels, and cloves. This is the typical white beer. Nothing that is really special about it. Has a citrus flavor. Aftertaste has a little bit. A first and last brew for me.

Pours pale lemony yellow with a tall lasting head. Smels like a lemondrop. Light to medium nectar weight with soft carbonation. It’s very lemony upfront and throughout. Not much else to report other than it’s very light with a mild citrus rind bittering on the finish.
