Aroma of orange citrus, spicy vanilla, Lemon joins the flavor. Thin body with prickly carbonation. Refreshing, somewhat like lemonade. I guess this is what blue moon is trying for. Not that bad considering a 750ml only cost me $6. Kinz (2205), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 17, 2008 Pale hazed yellow, decent foamy white head, really just about perfect appearance for the style. Aroma was wheat, citrus, and coriander, not exciting, but pretty much spot on. Initial orange flavor moves into a very light bodied, slightly soapy wheat beer, with coriander on the finish. Really quite nicely done. You could knock the soapy quality, but I just don’t mind that in a wit. heemer77 (4304), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 18, 2008 From a 750. Very cloudy, pale yellow body with a bright white head. The aroma is bright and flowery with some lemon zest and light clove. There is also some fresh baked bread dough. The taste is lightly spicy with lemon flavored sherbert. There is also some light woody character. A decent wit, with plenty of carbonation. thornecb (1771), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA

Orange, wheat and coriander aromas. Lemon zest and crisp upfront with an orange middle and finish. brentfeesh (1038), Gadsden, Alabama, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Aug 17, 2008 750ml bottle with cork and cage. Drink by 5-28-09. Hazy onion skin with a quick to diminish to wispy white head. The aroma is immediately sweet with spice, lemon tart, and coriander. Lemon tart is the stand out in aroma and flavor. I think the flavor is best described as lemon tart mixed with flat sprite with a coriander finish. Very peculiar. Starts sweet but that quickly fades. It’s really the finish that does not gel. Sticky pasty mouth fell that just doesn’t do it for me. DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 12, 2008 11-Jul-08 (750-ml corked and caged bottle: Purchased 12-May-08 for $9.49 at Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, CA) Pouring this beer is like slicing open a lemon; the lemony aroma wafting from the glass is so apparent, nothing else can be smelled. Likewise, fresh lemon is the singular note in this Belgian White tune. The moderately tart, citrus flavor fades off the palate to some extent, allowing hints of wheatiness and banana to come through in the finish. The fresh, tart citrus makes this light-bodied beer acidic, crisp and refreshing on the palate. For the style, though, this beer seems a bit thin and watery. Bright, pale-yellow body is cloudy enough to show no transparency. The half-inch of fizzy, bubbly, white head settles quickly and noisily to a thin ring fairly quickly. Not a bad-tasting beer, even a little enjoyable, but it’s grossly one-dimensional for a style that should show complexity and restraint. DeadGuyFrank (347), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 9, 2008 Very fruity and not much carbonation in this French version of the classic Belgian wit bier. Slightly creamy and merange like, which sounds weird describing a beer. unclemattie (2414), Georgia, USA
