Commercial Description:
Unfiltered beer containing aromatic wheat which confers its fruity and acidulous taste. It is a beer which undergoes two successive high fermentations. The use of wheat gives to the product an excellent foam behaviour as well as a pale and opalescent color.

Smells like orange peel, a bit of coriander. This is nice. Light, crisp, a good orange flavor throughout, but not that of orange juice. Quite refreshing. A good bubbly flavor. One of the best Belgian whites that I’ve had, in my opinion it seems a bit underrated.

The aroma is lemon like with pectin yeast and wheat. The appearance is white yellow with a nice foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall I like it.

Lemony aroma. Light cloudy yellow with thick head that laces the glass. Not much flavor... maybe feet and piss. Overall.. ew.

Bottle, courtesy Tony at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a very light hazy yellow, with thick lacing, and a big white head. Nose is packed with citrus, lime, and is quite spicy overall. Dry tortilla-like flavors to start off, and fairly yeasty. Wheat, woodsy, bright citrus finish. Very light and very drinkable. Tasty throughout. A delightful surprise, criminally underrated.

0.75l - Off white, pale liquid under nice white head. Big nose full of coriander and citrus, to the point of being perfumy. The overly sweet palate reminded me of Fruit Loops. DNF

Pale pineapple juice color, cloudy, hazy, what little head there is is very white. So much perfume and fruit it reminds me of natural bath products with starfruit, honey, ginger, lime, lavender. Thin, watery, very lemony and light.

Pours a cloudy light yellow body with a thin white head. Some lemon and a hint of mint. This tasted to me like a flat ginger ale. Kind of a disappointment.
