Commercial Description:

Clear yellow/golden with a large white head. Aroma had some nice grassy and citric hops along with malty hints. Hoppy flavour with notes of lemon, grass, malt and peach. Finished bitter and dry. Quite refreshing.

Bottle at the Danish Summer Gathering. It is a hazy yellow-golden beer with a white head. Citrusy, piney hops blends nicely with malty notes in the aroma. The flavor has a sweetness to balance the citrusy, piney hops, but it’s not as nice as the aroma. Not much difference though. Medium body with a good hop bite. Lasting finish with medium bitter finish. A pleasant and easy drinkable beer. 090822

Bottle, 50cl, from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Batch 185. Pale yellow colour, slightly hazy. Moderate head, reducing to a fine persistent layer. Yeasty aroma with honey, mild floral hops. Watery palate, slight carbonation. Taste includes honey and faint elderberry. Good balance, nice bitter finish. Refreshing, but a bit dull.

Bottle 50 cl. Average fin white head that mostly lasted. Fine display of lacework. Slightly cloudy yellow color. Aroma of honey, elderflower, mild citrus and hint of flower and fruity notes. Over the palate came light sweet caramel like notes. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with what could appear as mild bitterness. Citrus fresh fruity finish. Nice thirst cruncher and summer beer.

Was expecting an easy going, easy drinkable fresh beer and it didnt disappoint. Its hazy golden. The aroma is a little vague, but has notes of flowery hops and citrus. Very drinkable smooth flavor without anything sticking out. idnt even sence the honney. My gf asked me to buy another one, so its a success!
