Nov 26, 2009 500 ml bottle @ Maltainen Riekko, Helsinki. Cloudy amber color, nice firm tan head. Woody hop aroma. Bright piny hop flavor with a hint of resin and some sourness and a big hop kick. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Nice.

Nov 24, 2009 A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of a lot of hops with fruits like citrus, grassy too. The taste is dry bitter of all the hops with fruits. The flavor goes from some sweet too te bitterness, The bitterness in the aftertaste stays for a while.

Nov 23, 2009 Flaske 0,5 l fra bestillingsutvalget til Systembolaget. Dyp orangebrun på farge. Et høyt luftig skum som fester seg til glasset og varer. Sterk og god aroma av citrusfrukter. Uklart. Smaken er velbalansert og avrundet: Sammensatt fruktig med grapefrukt i forgrunnen. Det bygger seg opp en tung bitter ettersmak som varer i det uenderlige. KI=6

Nov 14, 2009 [On tap at Carlsens with Bo.] Great haze look and wonderful fluffy lasting head. Pines, grass, grapes, pills, citrus, amounthops, malt and a good felling of eating lawn for breakfast.

Nov 4, 2009 Bomber from De Molen. The aroma is fantastic. I haven’t got anywhere near this yet, but the hop aroma invades my kitchen. Fresh creamy hop aroma. However, not sure I like the aroma, that much. Oh dear this just falls away in a really bad way. I spent a lot of money in the De Molen shop, and sometimes when you buy beers that you haven’t had they don’t turn out quite how you wanted. This has a lot of hops, but not really in a good way. Really falls away in the hops towards the end. Decent hops. Good caramel. Decent aroma, but then the hop in the mouth is just too bitter and unbalanced. It just is too bitter without any balance.

Oct 26, 2009 Bottled 500ml. Very nice appearance: Deep murky ruby. Foam just kept creeping out of the bottle. Impressive head retention. Wonderful hoppy nose which is mostly reminiscent of quince. Complex tatse with a good hop profile. Liquorice allsorts, sweat and mint sneaking in. Good lacework. A bit harsh. Peppery on the swallow. Nasturcium, hops and licorice in the finish. Poor mouthfeel. There is a slight "spring onion charateristic" in the taste which is disturbing.

Oct 25, 2009 At the Ølfestival, Esbjerg, Denmark 22-10-09. Pours golden with a honey sweetness on nose and in the mouth. Nice bitterness with a little numbness for the tongue and a floral hoppy edge to it. A7 A5 F7 P4 Ov14 3.7
