Commercial Description:

English: It is said that behind every tough, blunt, and brutal man stands a chaste, loving, and not least wise woman, which naturally applies in the beer world as well. As our most famous beer; Hr. Frederiksen, is a strapping fellow who enjoys admiring his own muscles, Mrs. Frederiksen is a clever woman who very well knows that you can walk almost just as far by saving some of your energy even though you are not as strong. The lady, however, is not exactly a light beer, but is toned down a notch compared to the gentleman. Being a little sweeter and not so roasted although having plenty of black malt, chocolate malt, and roasted barley, she is actually not a petite girl. And note that the Centennial hops lash out at you with their 75 IBU.
Welcome the lady – she is here to stay.

50cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours a thick black colour with a creamy brown head and lacings. Nose is roasted malts and hops. Coffee, chocolate, oat and liquorice. Taste is very bitter from both hops and malts. Quite ashy and syrupy. Smooth, full, oily and sticky palate. Good stuff!

Also some slight nuttyness. Flavour is roasted malts, some coffee, licorice and mild honeyish and cocoa notes. Another wellbalanced brew from Amager.
