Got this bottle a few weeks ago at Surdyk’s in Minneapolis. I poured it fairly aggresively and got a small to medium cream colored head that mostly settles out and a tiny bit of lace. Color is a hazy medium amber. Aroma is beery, lemony, a little cherry, malt, a a bit of caramel. Flavor’s similar with an astringent chalky finish. Body is pretty good and has a short fizziness on the tongue. Not bad beer. Maybe a session. A little boozy at the very end.

Deep amber. Nose is wineish and malty. In the mouth med to full. Highly carbonated. Vinious belgian style, altough a bit dumbed down.

(bottle - 500 ml) Hazy gold pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma is malty and yeasty with a decent amount of citrus and spice. Flavor is much the same. Fruity and yeasty at the start with a mildly spiced middle. Finishes clean with some fruity sweetness.

Bottle from Wine and Cheese. Pours amber with a bubbly white head. Aromas of malt and cooked fruit. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is malty with something like cooked light stone fruit. I’m thinking belgian, then looked up, and it says belgian on the page. A little toffee. Not much in the way of spice. HInts of yeast. Pretty good.

Pours slightly hazy pale orange yellow, with a thin sudsy white head. Aroma is grain, apple, and grass. Taste is plain water, apple, and grain again. Pretty plain, watery and below average.

Brown hazy yellow on color. Smells like wet grass. Tastes like beer water. Some one soaked ice in beer, took out the ice, melted the ice, drank the left over water. CRAP!
