Yet another beer from the Undrinkable International Box of Unsold Beers
Bleh... poured out a icky yellow beer with large bubbs and a quick death head. Smells of corn and sweet stuff of one kind or another and skunk rectum. The taste was too sweet and a bit metallic to along with yuck-o grains. Rough mouth feel, light bodied, finishes as quick as possible... Cirrhosis (607), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Jun 2, 2009 This is just plain and simply a beer, nothing special about it and nothing so bad its stands out either. It looks like you every day mass produced lager there is a bit o a metallic skunky smell and lots of carbonation. Slightly sweet tasting for a lager and a good amount of hoppieness. There’s just really nothing good or bad that makes this beer stand out, it’s just a beer." Gethinbeer (993), Nova Scotia, Canada May 2, 2008 Yeah, I can totally see why Singh is Thailand’s best beer. I really cant be bothered to write about this very poor lager. BEERGUY007 (206), Scotia, New York, USA Apr 26, 2008 Yuck! Is this for real? Green bottle let’s it get skunky...or I hope it’s skunky and not the way it usually is. Poor poor Thai people who are subjected to this. Light in skunky flavor, light in color, no real head. Please stay clear, don’t bother. Wish I could have that 1.50 back. Lubiere (4463), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Mar 4, 2008 A golden lager with a thin white head. Aroma is light sweet and corny, very mineral. In mouth, a perfume sweet beer with light metallic hops, very short in mouth. Cloying. Bottle from Piscator,MLCC. obguthr (986), Poquoson, Virginia, USA Dec 7, 2007 Powerfully skunky! Slightly hazy yellow, no head. Sugary sweet with subtle lemon notes. It tastes like very bad lemonade. It’s not your ordinary swill, but it’s awful nonetheless. Radek Kliber (3921), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada Nov 18, 2007 Green bottle 330 ml
Appearance :Pale golden look with short lived top leaving only fragmental white ring 1+ Nose : Oxidized aromas due to poor choice of bottle color. Beyond that citric, grassy nose with plain sweet malt base.4- Flavour/Palate : Medium light bodied, some malt decency shown. Medium carbonation .Light grassy, herbal hop side. Chewy finish. Soft lager that is blend of Euro-Asian influences with greater deal of the latter one.
dkazuk (247), winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Oct 11, 2007 330ml bottle.
Pours a golden yellow with a nice sized white head. Leaves some decent lacing. Aroma of grassy hops and hay with a tiny citrus note. Flavour is of similar hops with a fair bit of sweet malts. A little unbalanced for me. Finish is sticky sweet with a tiny bitterness hidden beneath. Defiantly not a fav.
