Hardly any aroma with a piece of skonk in the background. Taste is sweet malt with a grainy sour mix. Rough finish. What was this? So the yellow color with sour wheat aroma give every indication this is another brewing experiment passed off as a lager, but the taste is actually decent. It’s got to be infected, but the infection worked to its benefit. The sourness and woodiness makes it like a cheap lambic. Actually, not too horrific. This pottle was nice and sour with some woody characteristics. A cheap lambic as badgerben just commented. It has a sweet malt taste and a tangy grit to the taste that i find appealing almost the same way i like a spiced
