Cask, Nottingham 09. Deep ruby, specks of head, cheese floatie...presumably of self-inflicted provenance. Mouldering leaf matter, milky mocha aroma. Clings with soft pleasant oak, slight soap, chocolate dustings, tobacco ashiness, fallen leaves. Understated tasty porter or watery stout; the oak isn’t overpowering and you wouldn’t want it to be at 4%. Quality.
