| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 27, 2007 Bottle, picked up from The Hop Duvel, Gent, Belgium, consumed 26-12-07 Pours chesnut brown with an off-white head and the cheekiest of red glints shining through. This initially tasted a bit thin (no bad thing and quite a relief after all of those heavier beers) Gentle carbonation sends bubbly sweet malts and unripe plum flavours whipping through the mouth, a really lovely fruitiness to this beer. Found this quite intriguing and a change from the bigger brasher beers, it really hits the spot. Very nice. goozen (1088), Leiden, Netherlands
