frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Apr 20, 2007 Served a bronzed vermillion/amber (appearing quite dense) under a holding, ecru head. Fat bodied with thick flavors that swing effortlessly from malts to hops. Probably the best-balanced Red I tried today.

Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Apr 16, 2007 This poured a brownish amber body with a respectable off-white head. The nose has sweet caramel, juicy fruits, and a light earthy bitterness. Sessionably tasty, malty but not too sweet, it finishes on that bitter note.
