NobleSquirrel (1094), Chicago, Illinois, USA May 10, 2009 Draft at Americas. Pours a nice pale yellow, short head. Nose is malty and a touch sweet, minimal hop character. Taste is very refreshing with a just enough hop spiciness to keep you drinking. Finishes pretty dry. Not too shabby. Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA May 6, 2009 On tab at the brewpub: This poured a pale straw body with a short-lived head that provided spotty lacing. The aroma was lightly fruity with a touch of corn and a some grassiness. Kind of thin with a flavor that reflects the aroma. Good hot weather brew. tmoreau (525), Lombard, Illinois, USA Mar 15, 2009 Now on tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy, light golden hue with a bubbly but diminishing white head, and leaving some nice lacing. The aroma was a light Noble hop fragrance with a little yeast and a touch of grain. The flavor presented a bit of mineral taste initially, along with some soft malt. A very light, almost watery brew that finished with a touch of dryness. Very sessionable.
