A special treat as Mr. Rybinski treated my wife and I to a sample of this on our most recent visit. Pours dark and rich with a pale-tan skin of a head. Huge coffee aroma covers all with its savory roasts. Mid-bodied with a mild chocolate flavor trying to push through all that coffee. After an initial taste, MIke added a splash of Dirty Summer Blonde, which barely lightened its appearance yet added a beautiful chocolate sweetness to smooth out the coffee bitters. Lovely... GABF 2005: Opaque with a small creamy tight head and good lace. The aroma has a big coffee nose with mocha and burnt malt, phenolic and slight fruit esters. The taste follows suit with a nice prune addition late in the game. The feel is bitting yet overall smooth and drinkable. Enjoy this stout only if you like coffee &#40;I do&#41;

Very dark brown with a bubbling light brown head, coffee dominates the nose backed by roasted sweet malt and a bit of chocolate. GABF ’05. Black body, bubbly tan head. Vanilla, chocolate, coffee, anda hint of bourbon barrel in the nose. Very inviting. The flavor is a bit watery starting w/ chocolate malt and continuing w/ coffe, bitter hops and light vanilla liquer.
