Commercial Description:
With a wonderful golden hue, the Knock Out Blond is sure to please. With more body than the Hell and a healthy dose of the famed Czechoslovakian noble Saaz hops in the finish, it's easy to fall in love with.

Pours yellow. This beer is very light in both aroma and flavor. Light graininess in both.

Sampler @ brewpub, listed as a kolsch. Color is completely clear macro piss yellow. Has light diacetyl throughout a light sweetness. Buttered popcorn all the way. Worst beer they had.

I liked this beer, its very drinkable for a lighter style beer. Noble hop nose, with some grassy floral qualities. Biscuity maltiness, and very clean.

On tap again recently. Still a nice clean pils. The body was a pale gold with a white head. The aroma contained pancakes with flowers and oranges. The taste was light oranges with some flowers and a little hop bite. Nice and smooth.

On tap at the brewpub 2/20/06: A shade darker than the light with a creamy head and a creamy consistency. Nice floral bouqet and a kolsch-like character. Good.

On tap at the brewpub. What do you get when you take a trendy concept like a brewpub and mix it with unlimited amounts of cash extracted from the idiots who gamble their wages away? Surprisingly enough, you get a pretty damn good lager. I wanted to hate this place. I wanted to scorn at an afterthought brewery. I was wrong. The lagers at this joint are good. Light yellow in color. Not much aroma at all, but then again, all the gambling addicts are also nicotine addicts, so you only smell cigarettes. It has a very fresh taste. Grassy and spring-like. This is an authentic German pilsener. Astonishingly well-made.

Clear and yellow. Looks like a macrobrew on arrival, yet is tastier with a slight fruity flavor. Not great, but not bad either.

Clean, lightly fruity, malty and hoppy aroma, with a touch of sweetness. Deep clear golden color, mostly lasting head and some lace. Malty, sweet profile, turning hoppy and lightly spicy. Finish has some respectable hop bitterness, while the aftertaste is again sweet and malty. Really not too bad.
