The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruit as well as light notes of smoke, leading to a dry bacon finish. It also has an edge of acidity, and the body is thin. Nov 21, 2008 From bottle at Bir & Fud, Roma. Yellow-orange colour, smallish head. Peaty aroma and flavours- more powerful on the tongue than in the nose (due to serving temperature?). Well-carbonated. A beer that dares to be different.
