altera, a tratti arrogante... un piglio deciso e un sapore capace di forti contrasti tutti da gustare.

bottle from a tutta birra in milan opened in zagreb with doggythedog. unfiltered and bottle-conditioned. go italy! cloudy dark orange/brown colored body with a creamy speckled head. nose of pineapple, mango, caramelized peaches, burnt lemon juice... spice character in the nose is significant. medium to heavy bitterness. body is mildly astringent and rough. crystal-like malt base is coated in spruce and anise-like spices. another unique and creative italian take on an established beer style.

Bottle shared with and courtesy of mj and his gf (huge thanks!)
Poured a murky dark apricot body with a small/medium creamy white head that took its time to go away. Biscuits, lemon, aromatic hops in the nose. Bit herbal too. Sweetish soft malty taste that soon gets enveloped and eaten by an assertive piney/agrumey hop bitterness, beety at times that sticks strongly in the aftertaste turning herbal. Not my type of IPA but I can kinda dig it. Another nice pale ale in italy
