The flavor is sweet with strong ntoes of grass, leading to a dry and very bitter finish. NIcely drinkable with a solid malt backbone. Hints of caramel, with some earth hoppiness prevalent throughout. Finishes dry and bitter. boFNjackson (495), Portland, Oregon, USA Jun 22, 2008 Tap... Poured vibrant gold with a thin white head. Floral, hop aroma. Palate is mild with a low carbonated sizzle. Very leafy and fresh hops play before the malt takes over. Also a sweet, candy coated base that’s very citrusy. Solid pale ale. BDR (1855), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Jan 21, 2008 straw yellow with faint head. Dray malty aroma. Similar flavor with a nice nlbitter bite at the end. jcwattsrugger (3757), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 15, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is mild medium malt. Taste is initially medium malt-some caramel finishes bitter hops and dry. OK/mild carbonation.
