Buttery nose, caramel and old dark fruit show. The malts were thin and couldn’t stand up to the overly sharp bitter finish. This just fell apart in the finish and was to one sided on the bitterness. ndubs360 (114), portland, Oregon, USA

Great maltiness throughout the whole pint, creamy on the palate, with just enough fruitiness to maintain the style. Never overbearing, remains balanced, some caramel and honey sweetness come through as it begins to warm slightly. Very well done. BDR (2157), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
