Oct 15, 2007 on tap-pours a thin off white head and amber color. Aroma is caramel malt, secondary flat hops. Taste is caramel malt, nutty, secondary flat hops. OK effervescence.

Jul 15, 2007 On tap at the brewpub during ABA Beer Tour 07. Pours a clear coppery amber brew with an average off-white head that dissolves slowly. Aroma of light caramel malt with other scents of busicuits, fruit esters and flowery hops. Taste is lightly carbonated, medium bodied with a dry biscuit flavor. Finish is light, crisp with a mild hop bitter aftertaste.
