Skyview (2641), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jul 15, 2007 On tap at the brewpub during ABA Beer Tour 07. Pours a clear coppery amber brew with an average off-white head that dissolves slowly. Aroma of light caramel malt with other scents of busicuits, fruit esters and flowery hops. Taste is lightly carbonated, medium bodied with a dry biscuit flavor. Finish is light, crisp with a mild hop bitter aftertaste.
