Good bock beer. thewolf (4145), Kolding, Denmark Nov 2, 2008 Bottle. [thank you, bierkoning]
Pours a great, clear, chestnut brown with a small, creamy, yellowish head. Fizzes away slowly. Aroma is sweet, some definite dried fruits, raisins and some caramel and toffee. Highish carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is not that sweet for a bock (which is nice), some fruity tartness, almost like blue grapes with dry roasted malts. Fine bitterness in the finish where a little chocolate creep in. Ober (526), Best, Netherlands Oct 12, 2008 A clear red/brown, colored beer, with a nice beige head. The aroma is sweet dark fruity some caramel malt. The taste caramel with somedark fruits and a dry bitterness. The aftertaste is a little bitter.
