gws57 (995), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA Oct 16, 2003 Had this bottled in Willemstad, Curacao. Very light, very sweet for a beer, and not much to it. It had a lime stuck in it to kill off some of the sweetness.
egajdzis (3021), Terrapin, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 21, 2008 Poured a golden color with a small white head that left no lacing. Aroma of toffee, toasted malts, some metal, and a bit of citrus. Taste was toffee, citrus, grass, grains but nothing offensive like Corona. Much preferred with a lime, but still better than Balashi. KUEric (570), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Sep 4, 2008 Rolling rock meet Corona. Not bad but what do you want when those are the two words I used to describe?
Not offensive. If in the Caribbean have some its not bad. ditmier (223), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 31, 2008 Tiny 2008 Bottle in Phillipsburg - Pours straw yellow with a small white head, aroma is grassy, dry malt and thats about it...decent flavour follows the grian and light bitterness, but is only good for cooling and not much else... jjpm74 (3110), Stratford, CT 06614, Connecticut, USA Jul 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of light citrus, apples, some skunky hints. Taste is very light with some passive hoppy hints and a touch of dry malt. I can see how this could be refreshing sitting on a hot desert island, but otherwise not a lot going on here. stangger (135), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 14, 2008 12oz bottle in St. Maarten. I’m pretty sure there’s a giant brewery somewhere in the Caribbean which pumps out one beer into a dozen or so different bottles, and they’re all the official beer of <insert island name>.
