Commercial Description:
Characterized by a hoppy aroma but without a strong malty flavor. Smooth, slightly bitter palate and golden-amber in color. Hop-lovers will enjoy this ale.

Brownish copper color, substantial foamy head. Very fresh hoppy aroma, peachy and citrusy, moderate malt with a little bit of a yeasty or stale grain aspect to it. Flavor is lightly sweet malt and perfumey hops. Sharp, tingly hoppy finish, a little bit of clovey yeastiness exudes.

On tap at the brewpub: Pours a transparent copper amber with a full-lacing coating of light beige head. Aroma of fresh resiny grapefruity hops and a light caramel malty character. Starts with good fullness and floral piny hops with a decent toasty malty balance before a slightly warming bittersweet finish. A pretty assertive and enjoyable IPA.

Draught at the brewery. Deep amber with a creamy beige head. Hoppy, piney nose with a but of bread-crust. Quite bitter and piney, with a bit of bready malt thrown in. Medium, smooth body. Not bad, but straight pine bitterness never sits right with me.

A mildly bitter IPA balanced by some nice sweet malt. Carbonation is low. Is very smooth.

Nice hops aroma, not a standard West Coast IPA aroma, but nice. Hazy orange gold in the glass, well balanced malt/hops taste with citrus tones (perhaps a little pineapple?). Fizzy mouthfeel, overall a nice IPA.

Very little aroma. Appears a hazy orange-amber color with a small white head. Flavor of citrus hops over sweet malt, with good balance. Palate is moderate with little effervescence. Overall, nothing too exciting, though the balance of flavors is quite good.

Clear copper appearance. Intense grapefruit and orange aroma. Grapefruit flavor but never overly bitter, some dry bitterness in the aftertaste. Great orange peel flavor that adds to the balance. This is a nice fruity IPA, the hops are there in abundance but very well balanced.
