Light brown with reddish tinge, fine long-lasting head. Very malty, toasty aroma with light hops - nice. Full, slightly sweet malty flavor. Fairly bitter, lightly tannic finish, maybe a touch harsh in some way. Very toasty overall, about what I’d go for when brewing a red ale.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Rich butterscotch and malt aroma and taste with a dry butter and bread finish.

Aroma of floral hops over red berries. Appears a red amber color with a small white head and no noticeable effervescence. Flavor of biscuit malt with a nice hop bite - could use a bit more malt sweetness. Palate is light to medium-light and quite pleasant. Overall, a decent red ale.
