Commercial Description: Pale and wheat malts result in a light bodied ale. Belgian yeast provoides traditional flavor and esters. Lightly hopped with Perle and Mt Hood varieties. This beer has been uniquely spiced with coriander, sweet and bitter orange zest, cumin seed, grans of paradise and angelica root.
