Clouded orange amber with slight head. Quite disappointed in this, not as hoppy, sharp as I expected, really fairly flabby. Sweetish malty base to the beer with a tea like slightly boiled, over extracted hop almost to oilyness. Vanilla, orange in the background flavours. Just about ok.

Very nice it’s been awhile since i’ve had this. The nose is of nice dry hops. Pours a light golden amber with a nice head and great lacing.Taste is very well balanced between vivacious hops and a good malt backbone. Stands the test of time.

Appearance--A light bronze amber with a touch of cloudiness. An underperforming head that dissipates quickly, although it creates beautiful, if short-lasting, lace. Smell--predominately hop as expected. Nice balance for an American IPA. Taste--Wonderfully complex with a light malt up front and a strong lingering bitter aftertaste from the hops. Mouthfeel--Surprisingly chewy for this style; coats the palate Drinkability--Delicious and refreshing, the heaviness would work well with spicier foods. I believe this would be an excellent choice with lamb.

Bottle. Large white head over gold body. Hoppy and "goldfish’ malt smell. Taste is a nice mix of malts and hops.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Slightly hazy light amber colour, light yellow head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, hops. Flavour is light sweet, caramel, citrus, grapefruit, with a nice soft bitter finish. Nice smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Highly drinkable, very refreshing and a very good session beer.

12oz bottle. Pours a see-through yellow-gold body with a two finger-width head that dissipates slowly and leaves a lot of streaky lacing. Aroma is bright and light flowery citrus. Light malts, but mostly a distinct cascase hop, lemony orange aroma. Flavor is quite citrusy. Lots of lemons and sour oranges with a light pale maltiness. Sweet and citrusy aftertaste. Very balanced for such a light, fizzy body. Prickly carbonation. Overall, a very solid beer. There are definitely better APA’s out there, but this is quite citrusy and well balanced. Nice stuff.

Pours orange gold with pillowy white head. Aroma is light pine and citrus hop over pale malt. Nice herbal-citrus hop flavour. Medium bodies with good strong bitter finish.
