Low amount of head. Aroma is a wonderful blend of floral hops and clean sweet malts. Flavor is very well balanced, with a fair amount of grapefruity Cascade bitters and pale malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Overall, this is a simple yet very refreshing beer, and would be great in summer. BroSpud (615), , Massachusetts, USA

(Review of past tastings from memory) I am a big fan of Anchor Steam so naturally I have tried my share of these as well. I do not remember liking them any better than the Steam but I see these are getting more love in the ratings so I may need to retaste. jamvin23 (162), chicago, Illinois, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 14, 2009 Amazingly, this is like a non-bitter Ipa. Great hop flavor with none of the bite, I like that. Some good maltiness to it, but the flower flavor and smell tops it. Smooth and light, great for chugging. Brewbie (233), New York, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 10, 2009 Bottle. Pours an orange color with a two finger head that leaves some lacing on the glass. Aroma is some hops and grass. Taste is a bit weak but still has enough hop bite to make for a great drink. Very easy on the palate. A very good beer. Ethereal (1707), London, Greater London, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 8, 2009 Bottle, at All Star Lanes (bowling alley) in Bayswater, 5th Feb 09. Amber with a line of head. Hoppy, not too heavy. More of a mainstream beer than one for hopheads though. Not bad, but served too cold in this instance.
