Bottle. Hazed orange. Decent white head. Aroma of white pepper, freshly sewn bitter greens, bark, end-notes of ripe fruit. Nice hop. Thick, slightly sticky mouthfeel but slides down throat well. Dry, earthy, and balanced flavors with hint of spice. Very accessible and nice.

Pours a nice amber color. Not much head to speak of. A strong, striking aroma that is full of hops. Citrus and hops with plenty of bitterness for a taste that is nowhere near boring. Could have had a little more smoothness or body, but not a disappointing beer by any means.

Draught at the brewery, August 2008. Pours a hazy amber orange with a small, long lasting head. The aroma is full of citrus in the hops, especially orange, grapefruit, also some honey, yeast. The flavour is wonderful, particularly fresh tasting; begins slightly bitter leading to sweeter citrus and malt with some apricot and a dry, slightly bitter finish.

bottle. strong hops aroma. Taste is nice with a smooth finish. All in all in all a nice pale ale

bottle. pours a light yellow with a hops aroma. has a great citrusy taste. very refreshing and easy to drink.

Bottle. Thick head, very clean citrus hops nose and flavor. Fills the mouth with those lovely citrusy sweet Cascade hops goodness, though mild. Really refreshing. I don’t know why I don’t buy more of this stuff.

Heavy head that lasts awhile. Rather active carbonation but dead and dull taste that was too malty/yeasty. sour grass, fermented grain, olive oil. dry finish. reminded me of the Steam beer, which I’m no fan of.
